Hello, we have changed our standard terms and conditions applicable from the 8th of December 2016, and also the following consumer terms and conditions:

  • Pay monthly fixed mobile and mobile internet services (All versions June 2014 - July 2016 (inclusive) (clause 7.1))
  • Pay monthly Refurbished fixed mobile and mobile internet services (clause 6.10)
  • Pay monthly superfast broadband services (Swindon) (clause 11.7)

Please note that the above referenced clauses are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

“If You miss to pay Your bill, We will send You a reminder or call You. Unfortunately, if We do not receive payment within two calendar days of the date of that reminder, We may suspend the Service and/ or add a late payment charge, to cover Our reasonable costs, to Your next bill by way of compensation to Us for breaking the terms of this Agreement. We may also charge You to cover the cost to Us for any direct debit or cheque payments which are returned to Us because You do not have enough funds in Your account. The charges relating to late payment set out in this paragraph are not subject to VAT.” Thank you for your understanding.

This change applies to all orders accepted by Three Broadband under the above listed terms and conditions, before or after the date stated above.
